Hey Everyone! on Stardoll lately, I have been thinking of Indian Style of Bollywood! So I have added a blue Ombre Long Skirt, a Orange Striped Top and a cute Curtain Decor as a Shawl to spice up the Outfit! Its really affordable! FUN Stardoll Activities To Do

Hello! It,s Maria/World-of-me here again!

Some people get bored of Stardoll at times and can't find anything to do. This is the main reason they quit Stardoll or don't visit it as much. I know myself as I once was bored of Stardoll but I still hung on and then found out about some things I can do which brought me back!

Now, I'm here to tell you about some activities to do on Stardoll which I hope which let you want to get back to Stardoll as fast as possible!

So, to not keep you bored with my ranting, I'm showing you the ideas below and explaining them. ;)

Partying/Chat:

I rarely use this option and when I do, it's because my main jobs are done on Stardoll and I can just relax. This option is great if you want to know some new people and maybe play some games. Believe it or not, I also like to go partying to get inspired. How? Well, by the clothes in chat games and on users and their personalities could be perfect for a new book you could write! Sometimes you can find jokes too,. All in all, this is something you could do if you feel like socializing and have fun. I do reccomend chat for getting inspired! But, it's also sometimes a good thing to do to get your mood up!

Writing

This one is simple. Writing, as in you could just let yourself get excited or relaxed by writing out a new story in clubs or making a contest. Presentation's are a form of writing too,. This, is what I mostly do on Stardoll. Of course, first I have to complete my jobs I'm assigned and committed to and then I can spend my time in my club typing out club news and contests. I like to express myself through stories so I usually go to club like E-mazingStories and Words_On_Paper to try creating stories.

Modeling

Modeling has been a trend for time being. I guess since about last  year? I'm not sure as I joined January 14 2013 and was still exploring the site I know so well now. Now, modeling is making sceneries for a contest including a lot of rounds,or tasks you do and each time some contestants get eliminates until the last three do their hardest on the last round/task to win. In modeling you need about 4 star dollars to get a color block and "pose" your doll. Check some YouTube videos on how to pose. ;) This is a little hard to try at first but I know you can get the hang of it soon after trying a scene. These things I do sometimes when I know I have a month or two ahead if me. In fact, I was in about two cycles ( One judging, and the other I was/am contestant) but realized that I simply don't have two free months.  You could model for fun in your free time in your 'page' sceneries place. ;)

Contests

Try running for a contest in Stardoll. You don't have to use broadcasts,just advertise in users guest books who can tolerate and are not against it. Why not try being cover girl for your country? Anyone can do that. Just look at Carlottaannleah, she is level 20 and joined not to long ago but won NCG of Ireland at level 19! She was into Stardoll probably right when she entered this world. ;)

Your Club/Clubbing

Try going 'clubbing' by entering active clubs and trying out them. Or, clean up your list of clubs. Sometimes you can have WAY too much and you don't even visit them. I know it's hard for me to keep myself from joining. Try out clubs on different topics you've never tried before, maybe you'll find a club you love! Or, try making your own club, it's hard work but who knows? You might become famous one day from it! ;) Or at least help people with it.

Shopping

Shopping is therapy. I'm dead serious. Whenever I feel bored and I have some starcoins I like to go Callies Picks and try on some items and/or buy them ( those turquoise shorts from the summer collection SO cute!) and it make me feel better. Or, I simply like to browse through the new clothes daydreaming about " If I could have that golden fallen angels dress and those black combat boots I'd be the prettiest girl around..." .

THE 60'S LOOK

So basically, I've tried something new and here is the Show Case
Summer Fashion. The 60's look.
So, First of, I put a cute Ruffle skirt which is really bright..
You can add some little heeled old-fashioned black Pumps..
Umbrellas and the Straw Hat is a must...
Please add some gloves but not the lengthy ones. 

I have added a small accessory, A little Rose..
You may take your desired top..

• OMBRE LIPSTICK!

  So, You can even do it in your real life, but remember to blend it..
  So first of, Apply a dark colored lipstick preferably on the one side, probably only 1/3 of the lips.
  Then apply a bright colored lipstick preferably Bright Pink and blend it with the already applied color.
  Then apply a very light colored lipstick and continue the same procedure.
  Its ready.. Apply the lip-gloss..It's really not necessary to add the lip liner...

INDIAN OUTFIT!

So here is my 2nd Demo/Tutorial
And it's Indian Outfit..
So first of, Wear any wig with a Braid..
Then put some light-colored lipstick preferably Apply Dark red Lip gloss.
Then Wear some designed Top with stripes preferably Florescent colors..
Coming with the bottoms, Wear some pants that are loose and like flowing down with natural layers..

An Indian Shawl is a must..I have put a Yellow one, since it matches the outfit!
With the shoes, try to put some pointy end shoes or any non-heeled sandal..

Modeling

   You've probably noticed a recent trend on stardoll called Modeling. What is modeling? How do you pose? Where can you join the club where they specify in modeling?     

Those are the questions you probably have. Well, today I'm going to explain about this trend and hopefully answer your questions!         

What is stardoll Modeling?

Stardoll modeling is when you use your another medoll in your sceneries and pose your medoll. Also you join modeling clubs and participate in cycles!

What are Cycles and Tasks?

Cycles are big 'contests' modeling clubs make in discussions. These cycles are focused on modeling and showing your creativity with the different themes the maker of the cycle gives. Tasks are each round held in cycles. I estimate there are about 5 to 10 tasks in each cycle. Each task gives you the theme and requirements to meet the expectations in your scenery. They also give you the deadline. If you miss the deadline, your automatically eliminated from that current cycle. Also in each task after the first 1 ,one or more of the participants in the cycles gets eliminated from the cycle. The last task is the finale and has 3 participants. This is when the finalists are judged a bit more roughly then in other tasks. In the finale, one winner is left and he/she gets the final prizes.

How Do To Find A Modeling Club?

Modeling clubs usually have the word  Model or Modeling or even Fashion. Those type's of clubs also have to have some sort of mention about tasks and cycles and modeling. You'll get the idea when you come across a modeling clubz!
